Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods (launches, events, seasonal peaks), this may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Delays can occasionally happen due to:

We’re not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier, but we’ll always help where we can.
Incorrect Addresses
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct delivery details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We may not be able to recover the order

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us:
- You may be charged for redelivery
