Shipping & Delivery
Delivery conditions
UK delivery only.
Upon receipt of an order to be delivered, the customer shall be clearly advised that the delivery will only be made to the person named on the purchasing card.
Alcohol shall only be delivered to the purchaser to a residential or business address.
The receiver of the alcohol must be able to prove they are a resident or employee at the premises and must be inside the building or at the doorway of the premises at time of delivery.
Alcohol shall not be delivered. to a person who is in a public place e.g. in a street, at a park etc.
Once the products have been delivered, they become your responsibility.
Age restrictions
Over 18
By placing an order with DrinkSmyths, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over.
Challenge 25 policy
If you look under 25, please be prepared to provide proof you are aged 18 or over upon delivery. If the delivery person is unable to verify your age, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be returned to us.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched over the following two working days).
Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days for retail orders.
Delivery for supply orders is up to 7 working days.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping for orders under £50 - £2.99
Standard shipping for orders over £50 - Free
Shipping for supply orders under £150 - £4.99
Shipping for supply orders over £150 - FREE
*Shipping for testers is £4.49
Shipping notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery details will be communicated directly with you via email or SMS from our couriers.
Delays
We do everything we can to ensure successful and timely deliveries, however, DrinkSmyths LTD cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Returns
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be. in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account (depending on your banking institution).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please fill out a contact form or email us at DrinkSmyths@outlook.com
Customer Cocktail Orders
How does it work?
When completing the form, it's best to put as much detail as possible to ensure your specifications are met. If you're unsure or only have a vague idea of what you want, please let us know and, if given the creative license, we'll develop a few ideas based on the event, colour scheme and flavour range you'd like.
Once the form has been submitted, we'll send cocktail samples within 4 working days.
You'd then need to provide us with feedback or let us know if you'd like to go ahead with one of the samples.
If one of the samples is chosen, we'll then send you the recipe and instructions on how to make your chosen cocktail.
If a revision is required, you will receive these cocktails in another 4 working days after we acknowledge your feedback.
Fulfilment of bulk custom cocktail orders
After we receive your request, we'll send an order form so we have the necessary information. Once the cocktail has been selected, we'll send you a quote for the bulk order. Bulk orders will be delivered within 10 working days.
Trade Accounts
What is a trade account?
A trade account is offered to our partners in order to supply them with their cocktail needs for bars, restaurants, lounges and other establishments.
Not only do we offer our cocktails, we also sell individually bottled traditional cocktails (i.e. pornstar martini, long island iced tea, mojito and more) as part of our bar in a bottle range.
Do I have to pay for a trade account?
No, opening a trade account is completely free.
Do I need to have a trade account to place larger orders?
You don't need a trade account to place large orders.
