Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery only.

Alcohol orders are delivered only to a residential or business address. The order must be received by the purchaser or an eligible person at the address.

The receiver must be inside the building or at the doorway at the time of delivery. Alcohol will not be delivered to public places such as streets, parks or open outdoor spaces.

Once delivered, the products become your responsibility.

Yes. By placing an order with DrinkSmyths, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

We operate a Challenge 25 approach. If you look under 25, please be prepared to show valid proof of age. If age cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Retail orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days.
  • Supply orders can take up to 7 working days.
  • Orders placed on public holidays are usually dispatched within the following 2 working days.
  • Retail orders under £50: £2.99
  • Retail orders over £50: free
  • Supply orders under £150: £4.99
  • Supply orders over £150: free
  • Tester shipping: £4.49

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking details. Delivery updates may also be sent by email or SMS from the courier.

We do everything we can to support successful and timely deliveries, but DrinkSmyths Ltd cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or failed delivery attempts.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Products & Safety

Our drinks are made without any intentional ingredients from the UK’s 14 major allergens.

However, they are produced in environments where allergens may be present, so we cannot guarantee they are completely free from traces.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep chilled for best taste.
  • Follow any specific instructions on the label.

Shelf life varies by product and is clearly stated on each bottle. Please check the best before date on your packaging.

Yes. Our cocktails are ready to serve.

  • Shake well.

Each alcoholic product clearly displays its ABV on the label.

Yes. DrinkSmyths promotes responsible alcohol consumption at all times.

  • Alcohol is strictly for people aged 18 and over.
  • Do not drink and drive.
  • Please consume alcohol in moderation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or decline delivery where legal requirements are not met or safety concerns arise.

Sustainability

Yes. Our packaging is recyclable. Please dispose of it responsibly in line with your local recycling guidelines.

We operate with a sustainability-first mindset across our production and packaging wherever possible.

Custom Orders

Complete the custom order form with as much detail as possible. If you only have a loose idea, we can develop options based on your event, colour scheme and flavour preferences.

Once submitted, we’ll send cocktail samples within 4 working days. You can then provide feedback or choose your preferred sample.

If revisions are needed, revised samples will be sent within another 4 working days after feedback is acknowledged.

After we receive your request, we’ll send an order form so we have the information needed. Once the cocktail has been selected, we’ll send a quote for the bulk order.

Bulk orders are usually delivered within 10 working days.

We recommend placing event and large orders at least 7–14 days in advance.

Larger, bespoke or time-sensitive orders may require additional notice.

Once a custom order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible.

Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the stage of production.

Trade Accounts

A trade account is for partners who want to supply DrinkSmyths cocktails in bars, restaurants, lounges and other venues.

Alongside our signature cocktails, we also offer individually bottled classic cocktails as part of our Bar in a Bottle range.

No. Opening a trade account is free.

No. You do not need a trade account to place a large order.

Minimum order quantities may apply for trade pricing, supply orders or certain custom products.
