We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Email info@drinksmyths.com to request a return.

If approved, we’ll send:

  • A return label
  • Instructions on how to send your item back

Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Check your order as soon as it arrives.

If something’s wrong (damaged, defective, or incorrect), contact us immediately so we can sort it.


Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

If you want something else, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Typically processed within 10 business days

Banks and card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns where items cannot be safely resold.
